Crab
The freshest and best starting season for hiary crabs starts in September each year.
Most crab lovers prefer during the months of September until early October, to consume female fresh water crabs for their enrich yolk, however the male fresh water crabs becomes more popular after early October, as their yolks are of better quality.
Perfect match with Hairy Crabs
Pair with Chinese yellow wine with sweet and sour plum is a great match with hairy crabs as its fragrant and sweet and sour taste is similar to the vinegar served with the dish.
